The OxyWand features a 24" long 1/4" stainless tube, is made with a flared end to mate directly with existing flared oxygen stones, a .5 micron diffusion stone, and the nut / washer required to connect the two. The advantage of this is the ability to easily remove and boil the stone, ensuring a bacteria free environment for your homebrew. The .5 Micron size works great with Compressed Oxygen Cylinders. The 24" length allows for use with carboys, conicals, and most other homebrew vessels! Can also be used for oxygenation of wine must during fermentation.
Please note, the 0.5 micron has too tight of pores to function with an aeration pump. For an aeration setup, check out the 2 Micron OxyWand.
