Pro-Series Hard Ginger Beer Base is a blend of ginger extract and other juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid, and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for a ginger beer (ginger ale) blend at 9.6 Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into ½ gallon containers, and stored at ambient temperature. Instructions to make 5 gallons of Hard Ginger Beer are included on packaging.
