This funnel is made of durable, food-grade plastic. The smooth inner surface makes it easy to clean and sanitize. And the stem fits into large glass carboys but works best in 5-gallon water jugs and other wider mouthed fermenters. The funnel comes with a 4″ diameter, fine mesh straining screen, and the interior has a notch around the circumference where the screen rests securely.
