MIBrew - Bug fix with high ABV recipes

Over the last few days it was reported that there was a bug in MIBrew were recipes would not go over 9.9% ABV. After a bit of research we were able to track this down and correct it. The unintentional restriction has been removed and all recipes have been updated.
