5.4 L strike volume (4.4 inches) - 4.75 L pre boil (4 inches) - post boil = 3.2 inches
Wrapped fermentor in three towels - had to turn on heat once around 15 minutes left for 1.5 minutes to keep temp in range of 144-152
Had about .8 gallons at 1.055 - added .2 more to make full gallon and got to 1.046
FInal Gravity - 6.5 BRIX = 4.3%
