Notes


Heated 1.5 gal to 175 deg then removed from heat.
Striked grains at 159.5 deg, let steep 15 min.
Back on heat for remaining 10 min.
Removed grain bag from wort, squeezed bag to drain grains.
Brought to boil, removed from heat, added extract..
Stirred, placed back on heat.
Brought back to low rolling boil.
Add 1.5 tablespoons hops d/t no digital scale.
Let boil 1 hour.
