Middaugh IPA | Being my first extract brew, this was very simple and turned out extremely tasty. I let the carapils steep longer than 20 minutes, more like 35, and took it off at about 165 degrees f. My lack of cooling abilities made for a cloudy beer, but the haze is in style these days. Will use a Whirlfloc tablet next go round. |
