Safale WB-06 Wheat Beer Yeast is a specialty yeast selected for wheat beer fermentation. The yeast produces subtle estery and phenol flavor notes typical of Belgian style Wit & traditional German wheat beers. The choice of Wheat Beer & Weizenbier fans. WB-06 allows for brewing beer with high drinkability and presents a very good ability to suspend during fermentation.

Flocculation: Low
Fermentation Temperature: 12-25°C (53.6-77°F) ideally 18-24°C (64.4-75.2°F)
For clover flavor: below 22°C (71.6°F)
For banana flavor: above 23°C (73.4°F)
