White Labs WLP585 Belgian Saison III Liquid Ale Yeast produces beer with a high fruit ester characteristic, as well as some slight tartness. This yeast strain finishes slightly malty, which balances out the esters. WLP585 also produces low levels of clovey phenolics. It's a great yeast choice for a summer Saison that is light and easy-drinking.
