White Labs WLP775 English Cider Liquid Wine Yeast is a classic cider yeast. Ferments dry, but retains flavor from apples. Sulfur is produced during fermentation but will disappear in the first two weeks of aging. This strain can also be used for wine and high gravity beers. 1 pack of liquid yeast is good for up to 6 gallons of wine although making a yeast starter is recommended.
