Addition

Notes

made a spiced tea with orange peel (bitter), vanilla bean, and ginger in boiling water. Kept adding until we liked the flavor. Added more boiled (but cooled) water to bring total volume to 5 gal.

Bottle / Keg

Notes

Kegged 5 gal of beer with spices already added. Force carbonated, and tasted fantastic!

Note: flavor did change over time as some "spice" particles settled out, but still very good.
