Notes


Mash temp was way high, as a result of cooking the wild rice. Should lower strike water temp accordingly, or average the temp of the grain and the rice first, take. Put ice in, mash temp cratered to 140. Added 1 gallon of hot water to get back up to 148... just lived with that temp
