75% distilled, 25% tap water. 2 grams each of CaCl and Gypsum, 3 ml Lactic in both the sparge and the mash

Milled very fine, got amazingly high efficiency... pre-boil gravity was 1.041. That's an efficiency of about 84%. Probably because I stirred a few times in the mash, drained, squeezed bag, then added sparge water, stirred, drained, squeezed bag

Bumped up 4 degrees every day til hit 68 degrees (took a few days). Gravity sample on 5/23 was 1.010, I had a cold but emily said she tasted apply-ness, so I left for another 2 days
