Had a little too much water, the pot measurements are not very accurate. I should use a 1-gallon jug or by weight to get correct.

10 oz of hops proved way too much for the hop spider so i ended up dumping it into the kettle directly

Boiled longer to compensate and reduce volume. Pitched about 8 oz of kveik trub at 95 degrees, left the keg in the hot garage with a blowoff hose
