Notes

Ended up with a bit too much water... measured out via distilled water jugs. Left about half a gallon of wort behind because concerned i wouldn't fit in the brewpot. Should have added it in at the mid-boil point, because ended up a bit low in volume.

Chilled to 77, put in chest freezer at 34 degrees for a little bit, until temp came down to 65. Pitched 2 packets of Diamond Lager yeast and moved to water bath in basement at 63 degrees. 24 hours later there was 5 PSI on the spunding valve

Gravity Reading

Reading

1.010

Notes

At 1.010 for 3 days straight, no diacetyl tasted so went into the fridge

Temperature Change

Notes

Gravity was stable, at 30 PSI at room temp so put in the fridge to start cold crashing

Tasting

Notes

This is absolutely delicious and I should make it again. Perfect level of hop/malt balance
