Went a little high on the water and due to my new HYDRA chiller, I think I lost a bit less volume that normal, it only took about 2 minutes to get down to 95 degrees!

Poured into the previous keg of Kveik IPA, there was maybe a pint of slurry in the bottom, I pulled the dry hop bag out and dumped the new wort in

Spunding was at 27 PSI, after 36 hrs in keezer at 39 degrees, it read 15 PSI. Poured pretty nice, reasonable clarity, surprising. Have not dry hopped yet, but probably will
