Notes


Strike Water Temp: 165F. Took more time to add grain 1 Qt at a time with constant stirring & recirculating. Mash 50min at 152F. Mash out 10 min at 170F. Strike water volume was probably slightly low for Brewzilla. Next time add another quart or two after grain additions if needed to cover grain without recirculating. 6 gal pre-boil - 0.75 gal loss during boil - 0.25 gal liquid in kettle.
