Pump clogged during mash. Completed mash and sparge but transferred wort to buck and cooled while unclogging pump. Continued the next day. Completed boil. Fermentor volume 4.75 gal after kettle/chiller loss of about 1 quart (counterflow chiller drained back into kettle).
