• 60 min mash, recirculate at the end 1×
• Pre-boil gravity 1.052 (10 pts too low)
• Added 8oz dme to compensate
• Efficiency adjusted to 67%
• 45 min boil
• Post-boil gravity was 1.074
• Whirlpooled loose (no basket/filter) at lower temp: ~120⁰F instead of 170⁰F
• 2oz Citra (T90 pellets)
• 10g Citra incognito
• Intense insane aroma (!)
• Final fermenter volume 2.6 gallons
• Extra wort: 0.18 gallons (24oz)
• Kettle loss: 0.25 gallons (32oz)

Next time:
• 4.75 gallons strike water
• Adjust for 68% efficiency
• Add lactic acid to drop pH before whirlpool!
