Very smooth strong chocolate smell and taste with a slight honey aftertaste., and the WLP007 made a very clear black beer and the malts gave it a nice tan foam head. I tried it at room temperature, don't do that lol, it's best chilled. I made a variation to the hop schedule too I used the last .5oz as finishing hops. Of course my review is bias I did create it lol.	DoghouseBrewing
