Notes

Started with 1.75 gallons and ended up with 1.3 in the fermenter. Start with 2 gallon pre-boil next time. Boil off rate was about .6 gallons per hour in my 10 gallon pot.
Measured OG came in at 1.052 (over target) used 26 ounces of DME.
One week later measured 1.021 which corrects to 1.008.
Looked like there was still some action so decided to let it go longer and I will check again.
