Notes

Best Hef to date - fermented low (low/mid 60's) and got a good amount of banana and subtle clove.
Water - Add 3g CaCl, 4g MGSO4, ( CA-57, MG-21, Na-7, Cl-66, SO4-70)
Yeast starter 3 days before brew.
