Cranberry and chocolate is a secret match made in heaven! This beer has great body, mouthfeel, aroma, and color. The tartness of cranberry balances the sweetness of chocolate and lactose. I think this recipe would benefit from US-05 (neutral flavor) as the yeast option instead of the S-04 which lends a different kind of fruitiness that I think conflicts with the star components of this beer. I, personally, would up the amount of cranberry used and add either more nibs or pale chocolate malt to accentuate the chocolate flavor - but that may be over the top for some as this beer is very well balanced as-is. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for the comments! I would definitely like to bring out a little more chocolate. The use of 05 vs 04 sounds like a good idea also.
