Notes

4.5 gallon batch size to ferment and lager in Keg. Max grain bill for Brewzilla: 14 lbs with mash thickness 1.75 qt water/lb grain. Adding 3lb extract to increase gravity after sparging.
Protein Rest at 125F for 15-20 minutes. Saccharification Rest 155F for 45 minutes.
Decoction: Pull ~6 quarts, bring to boil, return to mash. Mash Out at 170F for 10 minutes. Sparge.
Boil for 90 minutes. Use a refractometer to obtain gravity reading, before final hops addition and again just before cooling.
