Notes

Borrowing the grain profile from a Pliney the Elder clone* I've added an addition of flaked oats hoping for a smoother mouthfeel given this beer will come out on the drier side. This IPA highlights the flavor and aromatics of Galaxy, Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo with a healthy dry-hopping of Galaxy.**
