Notes

This is our 2015 harvest IPA. We've got some Galena and loads of Cascade hops. Fresh off the vine.

4.25 gallon strike water at 163F.
Sparge with 5 gallons at 170F.
Pre-boil volume should be right at 7 gallons.

9.25 gallons of distilled water treated with: 4g gypsum, 3g calc chloride, 5g epson salt, 1g baking soda
