I am planning to brew this tomorrow. I have only been brewing for a year and just had a question about the graham crackers. Will they be in the initial mash or added to the carboy after fermentation. I'm assuming they will be in their own steeping bag. I will be converting this recipe to extract as I don't have the equipment currently for All Grain. Thanks for your help!

Great question! Even easier and more controlled than using graham crackers, this recipe uses natural graham flavoring extract found on our website here: https://www.mibrewsupply.com/graham-natural-flavoring-extract

You simply add it to taste at bottling time. Start with 1/4-1/2 of the bottle & add more if needed.

Cheers!
