Notes

Add 3.3lbs of LME at the beginning of the boil. Add remaining 3.3lbs with 10 minutes left. This will reduce caramelization.

Dry hop with 1oz Simcoe and 1oz Amarillo at high krausen. Add remaining dry hops once FG is met.
