Sigmund's Voss proved to be a great yeast string for the NEIPA-style, after just 70 hours the yeast had ate all sugars, and have in mind that I only used around 1 teaspoon of this yeast.
I was fermenting at 30-33 Celsius and after that I dry hopped 3 days in room temperature, around 22 Celsius.
Bottle conditioning went great. I'm surprised this beer turned out this good.
Orange and tropical tones with a round smooth bitterness. I guess a handful of oats would even crank this baby a bit more up.

Brewed in Stockholm, Sweden, water with 1 gram of Calcium Sulfates
