I was fermenting at 30-33 Celsius and after that I dry hopped 3 days in room temperature, around 22 Celsius.
Bottle conditioning went great. I'm surprised this beer turned out this good.
Orange and tropical tones with a round smooth bitterness. I guess a handful of oats would even crank this baby a bit more up.
Brewed in Stockholm, Sweden, water with 1 gram of Calcium Sulfates
