Notes
After brew day, let the beer ferment for 7 days in the primary fermenter. After 7 days, sanitize a secondary container and pour in the pineapple juice. Siphon the beer from primary into secondary and let ferment for at least 4 more days (at this step, a full 7 days of secondary fermentation is recommended before adding the dry hop addition). After at least 4 days of secondary fermentation, add the dry hop additions directly into the secondary fermenter and let sit for an additional 3-5 days. Make sure the gravity of the beer has stabilized before bottling.
