Second attempt. The guy who smokes the watermelon used hickory/maple/apple for this blend, which I think adds a bit of an off note to this. Would try and use 100% oak in the future for a cleaner smoke. Sour and fruitiness are very good. Smoke is a bit too light for a Lichtenhainer.
