Notes

Cold brew 1/2 cup of ground coffee for 2 days in 60 oz of water. Split and cut 4 vanilla beans into 1" pieces and soak in just enough vodka to cover. Soak beans for at least 2 weeks. Strain and add coffee and vanilla extract at bottling.

I did something different. I used a good vanilla extra and add oat flakes at steep to give a fuller texture. It ended up very close the atwater vanilla Java porter
I will brew this again
