As published in Zymurgy Magazine. CAUTIONARY NOTE: 4 oz of Coriander is about 4 times the amount normally used in a 5 gallon batch. We would recommend 1 oz of Coriander, and .25 oz each of the peppercorns. More can always be added later, if wanted.
