During bottling, add pumpkin spice tincture to taste

1 tsp of pumpkin spice in 0.25 cup of vodka during ferment
Add to taste during bottling

Also add roasted pie pumpkin!

Roast @ 350 F for 1.5-2 h
Let cool to room temperature
Scoop flesh out and store in freezer bag
Smash into a mush
Use ~3 lbs of pumpkin per 5 gallon batch
