This recipe was adapted from the Scotch Ale Kit from MoreBeer. I added 2 LB of Light DME to bring up the gravity & ABV turning it into a Wee Heavy. I would have added more grain instead of DME but my Brewzilla setup requires a higher water to grist ratio than a traditional mash tun, so adding a little DME after the sparge works better for high gravity beers. This turned out delicious! I will definitely make this again!
