Notes

This is a knock off of a Manny's Pale Ale. It is supposed to be a cloudy beer. It starts out as cloudy but It clears as it sits longer in the keg. I guess if I were to drink it faster it would stay cloudy but either way it is very delish! It is my hose beer now.
Should use Wyeast 1275 (Thames Valley)
