Safale T-58 Dry Brewing Yeast is a specialty yeast selected for its estery, somewhat peppery and spicy flavor development. Yeast with good sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer. A great choice for English and Belgian style ales, as well as for bottle-conditioning.
Attenuation: Up to 70%
Fermentation Temperature: 12-25°C (53.6-77°F) ideally 15-20°C (59-68°F)
