Weyermann CARAMUNICH Type 2 is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley. It contributes dark amber to copper hues, and adds a rich malt accent with notes of biscuit and an intense caramel aroma. CaraMunich II increases fullness, heightens malt aroma, rounds flavor, and deepens the color of beers. Great for use in Octoberfest Beer, Bock bier, Dark Beers, Porters, Stouts, Malt Beers, Schankbier, Red Ales, Brown Ales, Malt-Liquor, and Amber Ales.
