Fermenting it at 72 degrees was PERFECT the whole time. Really got good "witbier" like flavor. So make sure you keep it at the temperature. Mash temp was perfect too.

Only thing I'd like to TRY (and the recipe is now changed), is to cut the Coriander in half. It was pretty dominant. Good, but dominant.
