8-29-17: Changed yeast from Notty to US-05
4-5-18: Changed 30 minute hop addition and added it FWH
10-18-19: This version I am deleting Carapils and adding Naked oats.
3-7-20: Diluted tap water with 5 gallons of RO water for the mash and sparge.
5-22-22: Needed to substitute Caramunich type III for the Caramel 80.
5-22-22: Changed to Kveik yeast for the summer.
