09/26/2020 9:33 PM Updated: 09/26/2020 9:35 PM	Cold Hearted IPA (Chinook)	Nearly perfect. The Chinook really surprised me and leaves a great resinous flavor and lingering mouth feel. If anything I find it ever-so-slightly-too-sweet. Probably due to the 40L. Could cut that to .5 lb or swap for 20L and maybe mash a bit lower to dry it out. Regardless, great brew that lasted all of 10 minutes in my pint glass.

07/07/2017 6:51 PM Updated: 07/07/2017 10:51 PM	Hazy Fool Northeast IPA	One of the best beers I've made in a while. Very hazey and has that signature soft mouth feel. Could be slightly less bitter and/or I need to get more out if my whirlpool. Overall I'll be definitely brewing this again.

05/25/2016 8:49 PM	Kit - Lakeside Session IPA	This is a very simple yet, delicious IPA. Don't think I'd change a think. The late additions of Amarillo and Simcoe really stand out.
